It is necessary to take deep breaths and move in the open air. It is enough to devote 20 minutes to this. If you pay attention, singing is not only an action in which we use our vocal cords, but also an event in which we use our body.

Or at home... Consume something fast before you do the sound switching at the place where you will take the recording. Wafers, chocolate, etc. would make the most sense. By increasing your seratonin levels, you will feel more positive and relatively happier. Ha... by the way, if you are hungry, of course, you cannot attempt this without eating beforehand. But the important point here will be that you should not inflate your stomach too much. Otherwise you may not be able to use the diaphragm effectively.

The thing to remember is that the human voice is also an instrument. And it is the most difficult instrument to use. I recommend you to learn the working principle of this instrument.
